House Rules

Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: If a tenant has more people staying at the property than, which has been reported to the Host, a fine up to $500 additional per person. NO Smoking or illegal drug activity is allowed on the property, there will be a charge of $300 in addition to any damages they may have occurred from smoking inside the home. Pets are NOT allowed, any pet or presence of a pet that is found will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any damage the animal may have caused inside of the home If, for any reason, we receive a formal complaint from any form of law enforcement due to disturbances emanating from the premises or grounds, there will be a minimum $250 charge to your credit card per incident. Any damage to property, furniture, or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the property management to avoid the cost of repair. Our property is fully furnished and includes toiletries, linen, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, furniture and outdoor furniture. Although we make every effort to anticipate most people’s needs, some items you might be accustomed to at your own home may not be provided. We ask that you do not receive any mail to the property as we cannot guarantee the arrival. We do not have access to the mailboxes on-site so your package may not be retrievable. Please note that as Utah is a desert State, insects such as ants and the like are occasionally inevitable. The vacation property is treated for pest and termite control each month. The Guest has acknowledged that they have read and understood this Guest Rental Agreement in its entirety and accept its terms and conditions.

Randi's house was a beautiful spot for my family of 8 to vacation! It was so clean and well maintained, everyone from ages 17 - 85 really enjoyed the house and they all thanked me several times for finding this house to spend our vacation in, it was a total hit! We really enjoyed the pool and spent a ton of time in the living room/kitchen area. We were able to cook a big meal and host a family dinner for 12 one night, with a spot for everyone to sit and enjoy their food. Randi was always quick to respond to any question I had and was super friendly and polite with every response. I would highly recommend you pick this home for your next family vacation!

We enjoyed this Airbnb for our large family so much!! Randi was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had! Having the pool and access to the clubhouse pool was great for our family! The kitchen was well stocked and the number of rooms and bathrooms was a great fit for us! This place was perfect!!
